What exactly counts as one workflow?+
One workflow is one complete business process with one primary outcome. Its approved written scope—not its number of screens—sets the boundary.
Can one workflow include multiple screens?+
Yes. Connected forms, screens, roles, and automated steps can belong to one workflow when they support the same approved outcome.
Can Messenger and Facebook Page be part of the same workflow?+
Yes, when eligible connected channels feed the same business process. A separate support or sales process is normally another workflow.
Is the ₱30,000 setup always waived?+
No. The waiver is limited to the first 10 qualified founding clients who proceed under the displayed conditions.
What does the ₱1,800 monthly fee cover?+
It maintains the approved delivered workflow and includes the displayed care, support, and minor-adjustment allowance. It is not unlimited development.
Are new features included in maintenance?+
Minor configuration adjustments may fit the allowance. New workflows, integrations, portals, reports, and major capabilities are quoted separately.
Is the free website a complete multi-page website?+
No. It is one focused, mobile-responsive public page with the displayed boundaries.
Who pays for third-party services?+
The client pays applicable third-party subscriptions, usage fees, and platform charges unless the written scope says otherwise.
Can the system grow later?+
Yes. The system is intentionally designed so you can add another scoped workflow when the business is ready.
Do I own my business data?+
Your written agreement will state data responsibilities, access, export, retention, and any third-party platform constraints.
How long does implementation take?+
Timing depends on the approved workflow, integrations, content readiness, and feedback. It is confirmed after discovery and written scoping.
Can you build a mobile app?+
Yes, but the public range covers lightweight scoped experiences. Full native applications require discovery and a custom quotation.
